I've been receiving a lot of proposals to review apps lately. And it's not that I won't do that — mostly, I just can't.

A few notes about the MacBook Neo
The MacBook Neo is overall a very nice machine. This isn't a review, just a few bullet-point impressions after trying one in person.

Greater focus on your content, less distractions, says Apple. But the rest of the application UI remains pretty much distracting, both visually and semantically, because it's poorly executed.

I think the trade-off of staying on an older version of an operating system or third-party app to pursue stability instead of buying into an increasingly mindless update cycle still exists.
