When I updated my iPad to iOS 6, I was excited I could finally interact with Siri. Over time, however, I ended up forgetting it's even installed.

Vanishing emails
I have noticed in a couple of instances that a message in Mail.app may vanish completely, with no apparent way to retrieve it.
